Parties: These Terms & Conditions (“T&Cs”) apply between you (“User,” “you,” “your”) and Vered Hasharon Travel Group (“we,” “us,” “our”) in respect of your access to and use of the website www.vstravel.co.za (the “Website”), and any related services (the “Services”).
By using the Website or Services, you agree to these T&Cs. If you do not agree, you must not use the Website or Services.
1. Use of the Website & Services
1.1 We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and make personal, non-commercial use of the Website and Services, subject to these T&Cs.
1.2 You agree that you will not use the Website or Services in any way that:
infringes any applicable law or regulation;
violates the rights of any third party (including intellectual property rights);
interferes with or disrupts the Website or servers or networks connected to the Website;
uses robots, scraping, mining or similar automated means to access the Website, except as permitted by us;

2. Bookings, Services & Payment
2.1 Where Services include travel-arrangements, tours, pilgrimages or other bookings that you make via our Website or through direct contact (“Bookings”), you agree that all information you provide is accurate, complete and up to date.
2.2 We will confirm your Booking as per our usual terms (including deposit, cancellation, visa and travel-insurance requirements).
2.3 Payment terms, refunds, cancellations and changes will be set out in the specific Booking agreement or invoice. Unless otherwise stated, you must pay in full by the due date.
2.4 You are responsible for any taxes, duties, fees, insurance, visas or other charges arising from your Booking, unless stated otherwise.
2.5 We reserve the right to modify, cancel or refuse any Booking in our discretion (including owing to supplier issues, force-majeure, or your failure to meet requirements).
3. Intellectual Property
3.1 All content on the Website (text, graphics, logos, images, video, software) is owned by or licensed to us unless otherwise stated, and is protected by copyright, trademark and other laws.
3.2 You may view and print pages from the Website for your personal use only. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, rent, publish, modify, transmit or use for commercial purposes any of the content without our prior written consent.
4. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
